CHEF ALEX's culinary career started over 15 years ago. In 2010, he graduated Summa cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu with 4.0 GPA. His work experience spans a variety of cuisines and includes Friends (a fine dining restaurant ran by chef Gabriel Rivera), Disney's Mexican Pavilion, Panda Express, UNO Pizzeria and Grill, and others. For several years, Chef Alex has served as Food and Beverage Director on the board of Miles of Help Through Christ (MOHTC), an organization focused on Central Florida's residents without a permanent shelter. CHEF ZACH has been growing in the culinary field since early teens and is the Master of Pilon. Chef Zach also volunteered with MOHTC for many years and recently graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Lake Technical College.
